Frequently Asked Questions

What does a Facilitator do?

My intention is to hear what your innate wisdom is saying and use my insights to offer options, resources and tools that fit your natural learning and processing style.

Depending on the service you choose for yourself or a project, I may use some or all of the following:

  • Data collection: I listen deeply, gleaning meaningful insights from our conversations.

  • Writing and consultation: Our work involves candid conversation and clear, written resources, so whether you’re an audio or visual learner, I’ve got you covered.

  • Energetic support: When life gets tough, I use my energy-shifting experience to help you stay motivated and moving forward toward your goals.

  • Identifying key obstacles: I help you spot what’s blocking your progress—whether it’s right in front of you or just around the corner.

  • Collaboration: If you’re open, I’m ready to bring in others and resources to help you reach the next level.

  • Critical analysis: If you’re ready to elevate your progress and achieve your vision, surface-level solutions won’t fly. I kindly use honest, thoughtful questions to spark candid conversations to uncover root causes, clarify priorities, and create actionable strategies that move you or your project forward.

What’s an example of the services you offer or a project you’ve facilitated?

Intuitive Insight: I support clients as they learn to access their own intuitive wisdom and meaning, rather than relying solely on my interpretation. This self-driven approach empowers each person to take actions that are right for them.

Here’s an Intuitive Insight example:

A confident C-suite executive faced new personal challenges and wasn’t sure how to move forward. She used the written Question method, and I intuitively selected cards from several decks—Vindur Tarot, Inner Compass, Money Compass, and Kwan Yin Oracle. Together, we explored the cards’ meanings and found actionable ways she could apply the insights to create real shifts.

Creative Collaboration Creative Collaborations helps you connect to your deeper need for change, finding root cause through candid conversations and a variety of methods and create an actionable plan to get started. It can be for personal, business or a combination of scenarios where someone needs an objective frame and a pathway forward with actionable steps or ideas that come from within them via guided imagery.

Here are Creative Collaboration examples:

A talented 30-year-old landed a dream job, but soon found themself caught in repeated conflicts, feeling confused and frustrated with coworkers and themself. Despite trying various de-escalation techniques, nothing worked, leaving them stuck and doubting their options.

In our first session, they realized their heart was set on a long-standing side hustle. We uncovered that their frustration came from wanting more autonomy and less collective responsibility in their day job. Once they gained clarity, their ideas and excitement toward being a creative returned.

Together, we mapped out steps to find a more flexible day job and elevate their side hustle’s social media and business strategies. After creating a checklist and resources for their new journey, they quickly increased the side hustle sales and found a better job with the flexibility they wanted. Now, they are confidently focused on growing their side hustle into a full-fledged business.

From stuck to thriving, that’s the power of facilitation!
